I depended on Jim for financial and operational planning data in support of our business and product planning operations. Jim was our more technically savvy standards based (Microsoft Solutions) product manager. He worked in the more challenging segment of our product line because he had the necessary skill set of being innovative, having the technical competency as well as a personality trait of enjoying working in a fast paced environment that was constantly changing…  My highest compliment that I can share about Jim is that I would work with him in the future anytime and would gladly have him as part of my team.
