When widely distributed network computing was emerging, one of my colleagues observed that we were on the cusp of “incredibly complicated software applications”. As software developers, I believe we have a responsibility to craft applications that are more accessible and usable to businesses and consumers.

From my early days in technical support to my recent positions in product management, my role is to bridge the gap from consumer to developer, creating effective and understandable solutions to business problems.
